Stephanie M. Shulman, APNP, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. Her career began in the Army Reserves as a Behavioral Science Specialist, where she developed a lasting interest in psychology, human behavior, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 2001, and later a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and Emergency Care, Stephanie built an extensive clinical career in emergency medicine, critical care, critical care transport, and trauma surgery. Her experience caring for critically ill and injured patients gave her a deep understanding of complex health conditions, human anatomy, and the importance of compassionate, individualized care.
Stephanie’s transition into wellness and aesthetic medicine was inspired by her own health journey. Following a hysterectomy in 2021, she began making meaningful changes to improve her health and overall well-being. The transformation she experienced sparked a desire to help others feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and more connected to themselves.
After spending much of her career caring for patients during moments of critical illness, Stephanie wanted to use her medical knowledge in a new way—helping people proactively improve and optimize their health. Today, she combines decades of clinical expertise with a passion for women’s health, wellness, and medical aesthetics to provide thoughtful, personalized care that supports meaningful and sustainable change.
