Stephanie M. Shulman is an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Her journey began in the Army Reserves as a Behavioral Science Specialist, where she developed a lasting interest in psychology and human behavior.

​

She began her academic career at the University of Wisconsin – Baraboo/Sauk, where she nurtured both her passion for psychology and her love of the arts. She earned her Associate of Science degree in 1998, then transferred to the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh to pursue a degree in nursing. While studying nursing, she continued to explore her artistic side, especially through pottery.

In 1999, while working as a Medical Assistant in a dermatology practice, Stephanie developed a strong interest in skin health and the treatment of skin disorders—an experience that would later inform her work in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UW–Oshkosh in 2001.

​

Throughout her nursing career, Stephanie has continually sought out challenging roles. She served in emergency departments across Wisconsin, including a leadership position as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. Her expertise deepened during her time at Marshfield Clinic, where she worked in critical care and fulfilled a longtime goal of serving in Critical Care Transport, both by ground and air.

Driven to expand her clinical capabilities, Stephanie enrolled in Loyola University Chicago’s Niehoff School of Nursing, earning her Master of Science in Nursing in 2015 with a focus in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and a subspecialty in Emergency Care.

​

After graduation, she joined the prestigious Madison Emergency Physicians group and later transitioned into Trauma Surgery at St. Mary’s Hospital, where she led the Advanced Practice Provider team during the hospital’s journey toward Level II Trauma Center designation. In 2019, she stepped into a new challenge in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. There, she cared for critically ill trauma patients, including those from vascular surgery, transplant, emergency surgery, and other surgical specialties. Her work extended beyond clinical care to include supporting patients’ families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Stephanie is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner whose extensive background in emergency and critical care gives her a profound understanding of human anatomy, complex health conditions, and the intricate balance of body and mind.

​

In 2024, following her own personal transformation in health and wellness, Stephanie shifted her focus to helping others find their own path to balance and well-being. Inspired by her journey, she now combines her medical expertise with a passion for wellness and aesthetics, empowering others to feel confident, joyful, and in control of their health. Her commitment to holistic care and individualized attention drives her continued work in this field, as she helps clients reconnect with themselves through meaningful, sustainable change.
